24th Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Pervez Khan Khattak ( born 1 January 1950) is a Pakistani politician and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate for the seats of National Assembly and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from from constituencies NA-25 (Nowshera-I), PK-61 Nowshera-I and PK-64 Nowshera-IV respectively in the upcoming general elections. He served as the 22nd Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2013 to 2018.
Early life and education
Pervez Khattak born to Hastam Khan Khattak on 1 January 1950 at village Manki Sharif in Nowshera. He belongs to the Khattak tribe of Pashtuns. Pervez Khattak received his early education in Manki Sharif primary school and later at the Aitchison College, Lahore. After doing Senior Cambridge from Aitchison,Khattak went to Gordon College, Rawalpindi for his graduation. He had also worked as political worker of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)
Pervez Khattak married twice is father of three sons and two daughters. His eldest son Ishaq Khattak, after completing his education, is managing the company that his grandfather had established before the creation of Pakistan. His other two sons Ibrahim Khan Khattak and Ismail Khan Khattak are receiving education in United Kingdom.
Mr. Pervaiz Khattak is one of a highly ranked politician in Pakistan. He is the current Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He has been working on various issues. He has brought up those issues to the level of heights. He served as the Irrigation Minister of KPK and twice Minister of Industries and Labour in the past.

Mr. Pervaiz Khattak the current Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly is serving the constituency of PK-13 Nowshera-II. He is been elected and serving over the General Seat in Imran Khan‘s Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf on 25th of September to Jahangir Tareen. He has been trying to bring a new change in the educational system for his people, anti-polio campaign, improvement in the transportation system, instituted reforms in the police and security sectors. His plan is to revive the local economy by helping which will increase the rate of tourism in the area.
The politician is also working as a committee Chairman for The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Bill, 2017, Committee Chairman of Committee on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Whistleblower Protection and Vigilance Commission Bill, Committee Chairman of Ehtisaab Commission Bill,2013. He is the most hardworking and steady politician, with respect to his political career he has been a sincere candidate among the ranks of his party.
